Today I can say that God has used this program to give me a different vision of life: a vision where it is indeed possible to improve, heal, and build a quality of life that also positively impacts others.

This transformation has not only been in me, but also in my environment. I have been able to accompany and help families, especially young people in sensitive stages like adolescence, reinforcing ethical and moral values that strengthen character and allow them to restore self-confidence.

The professional team at the National Family Strengthening Network – USA (NFSNUSA) has been a great support to us as a couple. There was a time in my life when everything seemed gray, with no meaning in life.

Anxiety and depression made me feel lost, exhausted, and hopeless. In the midst of that process, God placed the National Family Strengthening Network – USA in my path, and they were fundamental to my healing. They accompanied me with love and patience: they listened to me, called to check on me, and always made me feel I could reach out to them without fear. In every conversation, they offered advice, reminded me how valuable I was, and dedicated their time with complete willingness to help me.

Their support profoundly impacted my life. Thanks to them, I smiled again, the anxiety disappeared, and today I have a new perspective on life. They not only helped me emerge from that dark time, but they also gave me the foundation and tools to cope with anxiety should it ever return

My name is Sofía León, and I had the opportunity to be part of a youth program led by the National Family Strengthening Network – USA. I joined at a time in my life when I felt alone, and there I found a space where I felt supported, heard, and valued.

During that time, I grew both personally and spiritually thanks to the welcoming environment and the guidance and teachings we constantly received. It was a place that inspired me to become a better version of myself and to learn how to be there for others as well.

Throughout the program, the organization consistently demonstrated commitment, compassion, and a genuine interest in each one of us, making the group feel like a true family.

I am deeply grateful for everything I experienced and for the positive impact they had on my life.
